1. Scope
The general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) defined below govern all transactions between SARL AVANTON SPI and any user of the site. These T&Cs may be modified at any time by SARL AVANTON SPI. We consider that anyone who has made a booking request on our website has read these T&Cs beforehand and accepts them without any reservation.
2. Services
La SARL AVANTON SPI propose la location du Gîte CASA IOIO, pour un maximum de 12 personnes et un minimum de 2 nuits ou 3 nuits consécutives.
When you enter the premises, the customer and the owner will find that the cottage is clean. Thank you for respecting the place. The accommodation must be left clean and tidy for your departure.
Le linge de lits sera fourni, les lits faits ainsi que les serviettes de toilettes.
Pool and spa towels are not provided.
During their stay, the customer must comply with the uses and instructions posted in the gîte and on the various tutorials.
The cleaning of the cottage will be carried out on the departure of the client, however the client must leave the accommodation clean before his departure and in good working order.
In case of damage during the stay, please notify the owner. In this kind of situation and in the event of deterioration of the premises, SARL AVANTON SPI will launch a procedure via holiday insurance (compulsory).
3. Prices
All our prices are quoted in euros including all taxes.
4. Booking
Bookings on the casaioio.fr gite website can be made through the contact form, by phone call or through our online booking system. Each request will be subject to validation or refusal.
A confirmation from us will be sent to you once the deposit has been paid and the resort insurance provided (without it the reservation will be refused)
5. Payement
The deposit of 50% of the amount including VAT must be paid at the time of booking.
The balance will be paid 15 days before your arrival date.

6. Cancellations & refund conditions
- 80% refund beyond one month before the arrival date.
- 50% refund between 1 month and 15 days before the arrival date.
- No refunds within 15 days of the arrival date.
